Coach Hatfield played his baseball at Hiram Highschool
Started coaching at North Paulding high school in 2018 spent six years there. From there Coach Hatfield spent one season at East Paulding High school where he would join the 15U Southeast Sox. Now Coach Hatfield is Coaching at Hiram High school along with the Southeast Sox. Coach Hatfield is a loving husband and farther who is big in his faith and plays a big role in FCA. With his role in FCA he is also the FCA leader for the Southeast Sox.
