After graduating from Reinhardt University in 2016, Coach Cathcart helped manage and operate D-BAT West Cobb Baseball and Softball Academy located in Kennesaw, Ga. After managing the facility for a few years, he then began an arm care program with fellow coach, Brett Snell. Shortly after starting the program, Luke and Brett realized that what they were doing with the program would greatly impact travel baseball. So together Brett and Luke got Coach Jacob Cagle on board to found the Southeast Sox in the fall of 2019. Luke’s mission is to provide knowledge of arm care and movement quality to not only pitchers, but all players through his throwing program and protocols.
